Deployment & Onboarding
Deployment follows a predictable, low-risk sequence that minimises disruption and keeps migrations transparent and reversible. Each site moves through plan, build, pilot, cutover, and stabilisation with clear go or no-go checkpoints, user communications, and UAT sign-offs. Change windows include tested rollback paths, number fallbacks, and configuration snapshots so recovery is measured in minutes, not days.
Preparation:
- Current state capture: numbers, trunks, dial plan, devices, sites
- Target state design: numbering, site codes, routes, and policies
- Cutover playbooks with test and rollback steps
Build and migrate:
- Template-driven configuration per site and user role
- Number claiming and porting schedules agreed with carriers
- Wave-based user moves with communications and training
Acceptance:
- End-to-end call path validation, inbound and outbound
- Quality baselines for MOS, jitter, and failure codes
- Handover runbooks and admin enablement for Control Hub
Go-live principle: treat voice as a program with milestones, not a one-time project.
