PSTN connectivity in India is available through two compliant models. Cloud Connected PSTN (CCP) provides carrier connectivity from the cloud, where eligible. Local Gateway connects Webex Calling to licensed trunks on premises for sites that require local breakout, analogue lines, or stricter separation. Designs follow TRAI norms, tollbypass rules, and emergency calling policies per location.

• Cloud PSTN via an approved Cloud Connected PSTN Provider (CCPP) 
• Premises-based PSTN via certified Local Gateway 
• Analogue device support through ATAs and FXS, where needed
