Quality is measured continuously in Control Hub. Media statistics such as MOS, jitter, packet loss, one-way audio, and failure codes are available by user, site, device, and IP. Threshold breaches create tickets automatically, so action starts before users escalate. Weekly dashboards surface trends, top offenders, and fixes.
